Coffee lovers, rejoice! Caffeine Crawl, billed as the city's largest coffee event, is heading back to St. Louis May 24–25.
Founder Jason Burton and the Kansas City-based The LAB created the event as a pub crawl–style event, with caffeine crawls hosted in cities across the nation. According to Caffeine Crawl's website, the goal is to "give enthusiasts of quality-driven coffee, tea and chocolate a one-of-a-kind experience."
So what is the experience? Well, grab your travel mug, and be prepared to travel from shop to shop to sample various coffees and teas with your caffeine-loving friends. Along the way, experience what our city's passionate baristas, roasters, and tea experts bring to the table with drink samples and short presentations.
Five different routes are planned over the course of two days, with 15 coffee and tea-related businesses involved, including Blueprint Coffee, Coma Coffee, Fiddlehead Fern Cafe, Firepot Nomadic Teas, Kaldi's Coffee Roasting Co., Kitchen House Coffee, Living Room, The London Tea Room, Maypop Coffee & Garden Shop, The Mud House, Park Avenue Coffee, Sump Coffee, and Stringbean Coffee Co.
Tickets, times, routes, and answers to frequently asked questions are available on Caffeine Crawl's site.
