That’s a great question and a great gesture, especially since Veteran’s Day is a week from today. I reached out to dozens of restaurant owners and discovered several metro area restaurants owned by veterans (and I’m sure there are many more). Here’s just a start:

- Café Telegraph at the Barracks: Co-owner Bill Raible served in the Navy.
- The Pasta House Co.: Co-founder Joe Fresta served in the Army.
- Some Other Place Bar & Grill: Owner Scott Coleman served in the Army.
- Syberg’s: Founder Richard Syberg served in the Navy.
- Twisted Tree Steakhouse: Co-owner Jim Schuette served in the Navy.
