New Outlet Mall Dining Options: What’s Being Offered Where

The second of two outlet malls—St. Louis Premium Outlets (18521 Outlet Boulevard, 314-399-8163)–opened today in Chesterfield. There are five restaurants in its food court.

In contrast, Taubman Prestige Outlets opened on August 2, and according to its website, none of its three restaurants (Taviani Pizzeria, Tokyo San, and Vera Asian) have yet to open.

The dining options at St. Louis Premium Outlets are as follows. All of them (see image below) opened today.

The first three are operated by MSE Branded Foods, a national owner and operator of branded food service concepts.

Buckhead Grill – an MSE signature brand, specializing in fresh-not-frozen hamburgers, turkey burgers, fresh-cut fries, subs, and sandwiches. Six stores, this is the first unit in metro StL.

Rockin’ Rooster – chicken breast fillet sandwiches, chicken tacos, wraps, and salads. This is the first unit in the midwest.

Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen – Neapolitan, Sicilian, and stuffed pizzas, as well as stromboli, Italian pastas and entrees. Ten stores in the midwest, one in metro StL (St. Louis Galleria).

Famous Wok –  Traditional Chinese/Asian fare. Forty stores, this is the first in metro StL.

Great Wraps –  Wraps, salads, and dubs. Seventy-five stores, two in metro StL (Chesterfield Mall and West County Center).

Wetzel’s Pretzels – Pretzels and pretzel dogs. Over 200 stores, one in metro StL (St. Louis Mills)

Off topic, we did learn that although apparel manufacturers sometimes manufacture products to sell only at outlet malls, sales staffs are aware of the genesis of different products. All you have to do is ask.

Stores in both malls appear to be offering hellacious, come-see-us, enticement deals this weekend. G.H. Bass & Co, for example, has put its entire store on sale, at savings up to 75% off, leaving you plenty of cash for a pretzel dog and a Kiwi Strawberry Granita.
