Six Mile Bridge’s Ryan Sherring: “My favorite out-of-state brewery’s summer beer would have to be Brooklyn Brewery’s Sorachi Ace. We always stock up when we go to New York or have visitors coming through there. It’s a spicy farmhouse ale dry-hopped with Sorachi Ace, a hop with citrus and earthy characteristics. It’s perfect for hot, humid Missouri days and nights.”
