Happy Monday, St. Louis. I’m back with another edition of my top 5 picks from St. Louis’ Craigslist.
First up is this $150 Hutch:

I love the detailing on the glass doors. This piece would be great in a home office or entryway. I think it has the potential to look even better refinished.
Second is this $20 Mirror:
The mirror priced at $20 cannot be beat. I would paint the frame a metallic gold color and spray paint the mirror part with chalk board paint. This piece would be a great addition in a kitchen to write to-do lists and recipes!
Third is a pair of $10 Brass Lamps:
Two lamps for $10 is an unbelievable deal. While I really like the brass finish they currently have, a coat of spray paint could easily modernize the pair for a more contemporary feel.
Fourth is this $100 Pair of Leather Wingback Chairs:
Wingback chairs are pretty easy to come by on craigslist but these stood out to me because of their leather upholstery and pronounced wing on the chair. These two chairs have a more sophisticated and vintage vibe to them than other wingbacks I have seen.
Fifth is this $60 Bamboo Coffee Table:
The coffee table looks to be in terrific shape and also comes with smoked glass top. I would probably replace the top with a mirrored version and possibly paint the base as well. For $60, the possibilities are endless.
