The measuring instrument called the record chart isn’t quite dead yet—thanks in large part to Taylor Swift. On November 10, she released her new record, reputation, which means this weekend was all about Taylor Swift. She appeared on Saturday Night Live, covered in sequins and singing into a snake-shaped mic—and the album sold 700,000 copies on its first day of release. This morning, Swift announced the first round of dates for her reputation tour, and St. Louis was among the lucky cities; Swift performs at the Dome at America’s Center on September 18. Per a press release from Explore St. Louis:
“Tickets for the North American leg will go on-sale to the general-public on December 13th. Fans will have the opportunity to purchase tickets in advance of the public on-sale in North America via Taylor Swift Tix powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan. Registration is currently open and continues until November 28th. General ticketing and on-sale information is currently available at TaylorSwift.com.

Taylor Swift’s chart-topping first single, ‘Look What You Made Me Do,’ from her critically acclaimed sixth album, reputation, broke multiple records within hours of its release.
