The Sklar Brothers, Ben Bailey, and more to join Patton Oswalt and Tig Notaro at Flyover Comedy Festival

The annual “comedy invasion” from November 14-16 will feature more than 150 artists.

Flyover Comedy Festival, the annual “comedy invasion” that takes over The Grove and a few satellite venues each fall, has announced a 2024 lineup packed with new and returning talent.

Previously announced headliners Tig Notaro and Patton Oswalt will be joined by prolific Creve Coeur–born pair The Sklar Brothers, Cash Cab’s Ben Bailey, Jackie Fabulous, and Henry Phillips, in additions to a full lineup of improv teams, variety shows, and other acts.

Among the returning acts this year are St.Louis–born, L.A.–based stand-up Zach Noe TowersShitty Mozart—a live, animated variety show featuring cartoon guests—and L.A.’s The Big Team, which includes comedians Ronnie Adrian, Zeke Nicholson, Ify Nwadiwe, Ishmel Sahid, Carl Tart, and Lamar Woods. The annual STLMade Showcase, an all-local lineup featuring a dozen homegrown talents, is set to take over Dogwood on November 14.

“The Flyover Comedy Festival is putting St. Louis on the map as a comedy destination—not only by bringing in national acts but also by highlighting the amazing local talent we have in the area,” said Jay Scherder, communications senior manager of the Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis, in a release announcing the festival’s full lineup.

According to festival co-founder Zach Gzehoviak, this year’s fest will feature a record number of shows across 10 different stages. Events include improv, sketch, musical, and variety performances, in addition to traditional stand-up.

“Tickets are almost gone for the already-announced Patton and Tig show on Friday night, and we can’t wait to see the reception the rest of our comics receive,” said Gzehoviak in the same release.

Individual show tickets are already on sale for Patton Oswalt and Tig Notaro’s show at Stifel Theater on November 15. Individual tickets for all other Flyover events go on sale to the general public on Friday, August 23, at 10 a.m. A limited number of 3-Day Silver Wristbands, which offer access to both Oswalt and Notaro’s show and The Sklar Brothers at The Sheldon on November 16 are $95. 3-Day Grove Wristbands are $65.
