MENTORS & PEERS
Do you have a business mentor? If so, who and why? I’ve drawn inspiration from my dad, my grandfather before him, and many other mentors around me—to find and define my own approach to leadership. I grew up going to work with my dad on Saturdays and hearing business discussions between my father and grandfather at family dinners. Through them, I learned the value of hard work and what it takes to run a successful family business. Members of my family, fellow CEOs and other exceptional leaders across Enterprise’s leadership team have all served as mentors throughout my career.
