When should I expect to receive my gift cards? Gift cards are shipped from our offices in St. Louis within 7 business days after purchase. While we have no control over the USPS, we expect your order to be delivered within 15 days. At times, USPS has experienced minor delays. We appreciate your patience.
How will my gift cards be delivered? Gift cards are sent via the USPS from St. Louis Magazine with P.O. BOX 191606, St. Louis, MO 63119 as the return address.
What if I do not receive my gift card? If it has been more than three weeks since your order date, email [email protected] and send your name, the restaurant card purchased, and your mailing address in your email.
Will I receive an email confirmation? You will get one confirmation for each purchase. Save it for your records. If you do not get one, please check that it was not blocked by your spam filter. If the email confirmation is not in your spam filter, please reach out to us at [email protected].
What happens if I order more than one gift card and do not receive my entire order? If you purchase multiple gift cards in separate transactions, your cards will be mailed in the same envelope. If you do not receive your purchase within three weeks of order date, email [email protected].
Can I give my gift cards as gifts? Yes, all gift cards are original from the restaurant and can be gifted.
What if I lose my gift cards? Unfortunately, we can not replace lost gift cards. We have a limited number of cards from each restaurant.
Do gift cards expire? No, gift cards do not have an expiration date.
What are the restrictions? The gift cards are sold for less than face value and are not redeemable for cash.

What if I change my mind after purchase? All sales are final. You’re welcome to gift the gift cards to friends or family!
