De Smet Jesuit Forms Men for Others to Lead and Serve

De Smet Jesuit is committed to forming Men for Others through a Catholic, Jesuit education that develops faith, character, leadership, and academic excellence. Rooted in the Ignatian tradition, De Smet Jesuit provides a rigorous, college-preparatory program that challenges young men to discover and develop their God-given gifts, think critically, and engage the world with confidence and compassion.

This year, De Smet Jesuit opened De Smet Jesuit Middle School, now offering a Jesuit education for boys in grades 6–8, extending formation in academics, leadership, and spiritual growth at an earlier age.

Education at De Smet Jesuit is student-centered, deeply thoughtful, and grounded in cura personalis—care for the whole person, mind, heart, and spirit. Spiritual formation is at the heart of the experience, shaping young men through strong relation- ships, dynamic academics, and co-curricular opportunities that extend beyond the classroom. Graduates are prepared to lead, serve, and make a meaningful difference in the world. Families are invited to explore De Smet Jesuit through campus tours, shadow visits, and admissions events at the centrally located Creve Coeur campus.
