One Africa! One Nation! Farmers Market

The One Africa! One Nation! Farmers Market team is incredibly excited to launch our 2023 season: We are under new management, and in a new location- the historic O’Fallon Park!

Our mission is to provide access to fresh, healthy food to the black community, end food apartheid and create community commerce by building relationships with black farmers and vendors — a blueprint for African self-determination.

This market season is all about buying from each other and selling to everyone, to bring commerce back into the Northside of St. Louis and keep black dollars in the black neighborhood.

This season will also feature programming ranging from our children’s circle, to backyard gardening workshops, to free yoga classes, as well as cultural performances by local artists!

The market dates are: May 6, May 20, June 3, July 1, August 5, September 2, October 28

We are seeking all types of vendors: whether you make your own sauces, jewelry, grow veggies in your backyard, or have gently used clothes that you want to sell, we want you!

Volunteers needed! Volunteers have always been critical to the market’s success. Whether it’s community outreach, putting up posters, or day-of roles like the children’s circle, setting up tents, and assisting vendors- your unique skills and talents are needed!

Come shop, have fun, and help us create a just and equitable St. Louis!
