Emerson Magaña, a singer-songwriter and classical guitarist hailing from Mexico, celebrates the release of his highly anticipated debut album, “Tequila Time”, with an album release concert on November 20, 2025 at the Sheldon Ballroom in Grand Center. Magaña’s artistry reflects musical influences such as bolero, cha-cha and cumbia extending from his roots in Mexico to his recent collaborations with top local musicians across Latin genres.
His artistic evolution is showcased in a series of heartfelt songs that highlight the complexities of love, heartbreak and connection. The album release concert will feature appearances by some of St. Louis’ best musicians, whom also contributed to the album. Guests will enjoy the performance in a cabaret-style setting, featuring small tables, cozy lighting, and an up-close musical experience.
The second half of the evening will showcase Latin hits from across the region and will have everyone dancing by the end of the night.
