St. Louis Taco Week returns with $8 taco deals from October 14 to 19

An $8 taco special is a rare find these days—but not during St. Louis Taco Week, returning October 14–19. This year’s lineup features flavorful creations from a mix of local favorites, all serving up $8 taco deals throughout the week.

From classic street tacos to bold twists for vegetarians and meat-lovers alike, participating restaurants are ready to bring the flavor. This year’s Taco Week lineup includes: Arzola’s Fajitas + Margaritas, Blue Ocean, Brew & Bites Cafe, Locoz Tacoz Taqueria, Saucy Porka, Seoul Taco, Sharp Shooter Pit and Grill, Taco Buddha, and Terror Tacos.

The St. Louis Taco Week app (download it here) is your all-in-one guide to making the most of the week. Use the app to:

• Plan your Taco Week visits
• Keep track of your progress
• View a map of all Taco Week locations and save your favorite taco spots
• Take part in contests
• Earn points each time you post a photo of your meal to “check in” at a participating restaurant

There are many opportunities to win prizes during St. Louis Taco Week, with several contests happening throughout the week. Here’s what’s up for grabs:

• The grand prize: $200 in gift cards for participating restaurants will be awarded to the ultimate taco lover who racks up the highest number of points overall throughout the week.
• The prize draw: $150 worth of restaurant gift cards will be set aside for the winner of a prize draw. To be entered into the draw automatically, all you need to do is check in at four or more participating Taco Week locations from October 14 to 19.
• Taco Week Bingo: $100 worth of restaurant gift cards will be awarded to the person who completes the following tasks. To be entered, you must complete the tasks and submit your entry in the Taco Week App. St. Louis Magazine will verify that winners have met all requirements.

  • Visited 4 participating restaurants in at least 4 different neighborhoods
  • Ordered a Taco Week special that includes onions as a topping
  • Submit a taco picture with their Taco Crew in the app
