- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- Add ice—Kold Draft Ice is the industry standard. If you don’t have easy access to Kold Draft, stop into Intoxicology, which sells it by the bag.
- Using a bar spoon, stir the cocktail for close to 30 seconds.
- Strain the cocktail either up or over a clear large ice cube. (Good Ice makes the perfect ice for serving cocktails.)
- Express an orange peel over the top.
