Halloween Haunted Tower Afterparty
Howl at the moon atop the Moonrise Hotel. The all-night party at the Private Red Moon Lounge and Rooftop kicks off with curated music to set the vibe, a costume contest, and a Super Smash Bros. Tournament. The drinks and food will be going all night for this moonlit party.

Nightmare on 12th Street Halloween Party
Eat Crow & Trader Bob’s Tattoo Shop present the closeout event to their Nightmare on 12th Street pop-up bar: a Halloween party. Enjoy performances and MC from Superfun Yeah Yeah Rocketship, a costume contest with prizes, and $3 Montucky Cold Snack cans. This is a 21+ event.

The Crow’s Nest Halloween Party
The Crow’s Nest and All Star Tattoo have got your Halloween night plans figured out at their Halloween party. Come dressed to impress for the costume contest to win spooky prizes. Montucky Cold Snack cans will be available for $3 all night. This is a 21+ event.

Immerse yourself in the wonder and work of Anselm Kiefer at the Saint Louis Art Museum. In addition to exploring Kiefer’s impressive work in Becoming the Sea, find your way out of Dr. Frankenstein’s lab escape room, create a miniature haunted house craft, enjoy craft cocktails, and dance the night away.

Boos and Blues Halloween Party
Kick back on Halloween night with boos, blues, and booze at Hendricks BBQ’s Moonshine Blues Bar. Enjoy live blues music performed by local artists Gypsy Wagon and Amber Marie, costume contests with prizes, spooky drinks, and shots. Food will be available to purchase from Hendricks until 9 p.m. This is a 21+ event.

Dance the night away at Tim’s Chrome Bar’s Hallyuween party. Enjoy the hits from all your favorite idols from BTS to NewJeans to Stray Kids. Come dressed in your best stageworthy look or favorite Halloween fit to enjoy themed cocktails, a costume contest, and a dance party all night long.

Slay your Halloween night with classic horror comedy Buffy the Vampire Slayer, a buffet and cash bar with themed cocktails, vampire and movie trivia with prizes, and a costume contest. Don you vampire fangs and come out for a night full of ferocious fun.

There is no better way to celebrate Halloween than with an ‘80s horror classic, punk music, and cinema chaos. Enjoy Evil Dead 2 on 35mm, a live performance from local punk rock group Bastard Squad, and a costume contest with prizes. Come enjoy the festivities early to enjoy an exclusive screening of rare short films from Evil Dead director Sam Raimi and free event posters to the first entrants.

Spend your Halloween night taking in a 2016 horror/anticomedy from Jim Hosking with the Webster University Film Series. This “bad taste epic” is full of strange characters and a bleeping, blooping score featuring titles such as “Fizzy Barf” and “Stoned on Fart Fumes.” According to The Observer, this wild 93-minute flick is “like an early John Waters movie but without the sophistication.”

Spend Halloween night taking in an eerie classic with live organ accompaniment. This 100th anniversary screening of Rupert Julian’s 1925 silent film version of The Phantom of the Opera will include live scoring from Gerry Marian on the organ. Come in costume for a chance to win five free movie passes.

Enjoy a Halloween horror classic on the big screen with Arkadin Cinema. Suspiria, the 1977 supernatural horror film from Italian director Dario Argento, will have you on the edge of your seat. As they say, “the only thing more terrifying than the last 12 minutes of this film are the first 92.”

Michael Jackson’s Thriller Live

Celebration of the Living Dead
Rock out this Halloween with local metalheads at Platypus. On a night of death and riffs, enjoy St. Louis acts Spinal Fetish, Morgue Stench, and Bleedblack and Illinois band Coagulating. This is an all ages event.

Halloween: St. Louis Annual Cover Show
Enjoy covers of all your favorite songs this Halloween night at Off Broadway at the 13th annual Halloween: St. Louis Annual Cover Show. Local artists will perform hits from Fleetwood Mac, The Strokes, Prince, and many more. This all-ages show benefits the MICA Project.

Boo-lesque: Halloween Burlesque Show
A crowd favorite show for more than 10 years returns to The Boom Boom Room this Halloween. The wickedly dazzling cabaret is sure to provide you a Halloween night to remember. Food and themed cocktails will be available to purchase. This is a 21+ event.

Festivities
Beware of what lurks around the corner at Fright Fest at Six Flags St. Louis. Mazes and scare zones litter the park as the sun goes down and the horrors come up. If you need to rest your voice from screaming in fear, enjoy the live entertainment shows or partake in themed food and drink.

See what makes the “Most Haunted Small Town in America” at the Alton Halloween Parade. Enjoy a mix of more than 40 floats, bands, and costumed marchers as they haunt the streets at one of America’s oldest Halloween parades.

Location: Parade begins at the corner of Washington and Broadway in Alton, Illinois.
Find fun for the whole family at Jack’s Lighted Trail at Eckert’s. The ½ mile trail is illuminated by jack o’ lanterns and decorated with themed displays sure to make your night more of a treat than a trick. If you come dressed in your costume you will receive a free glow item.
