Home Alone in Concert | December 14–16
John Williams' score, or better known as the music following 8-year-old Kevin McAllister as he prevents goons from burglarizing his house, will ring throughout Powell Hall as the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra dedicates a concert to the 1990s classic Home Alone. Les Misérables | December 13–16
Taking the holiday season back to 19th-century France, Les Mis has been covered on the silver screen, various stages, and still pulls on heartstrings with each performance of "Empty Chairs at Empty Tables." 12 Bars of Charity | December 15
Bar-hopping in the name of charity. Attendees pick a "team," and a charity they want to represent, including Stray Rescue of St. Louis, Autism Speaks, and World Pediatric Project, among others, or they can opt to represent them all. A shuttle takes participants to and from bars that are participating, where they receive drink specials and socialize for a good cause.
