Below is the electronic survey for St. Louis Magazine’s forthcoming education issue, the results of which will be included in the March 2013 cover story. Please note that we are looking for data strictly pertaining to grades 9-12; even if your institution includes other grade levels, please do not include information about middle or elementary grades in this survey. Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we cannot include schools with fewer than 100 students.
