May 10: Rosanne Cash
Rosanne Cash learned about music watching her father, country legend Johnny Cash. She proved a good student of his art, though her Grammy Award–winning blend of country, rock, and roots music is all her own. For this acoustic show, she plays with her husband, John Leventhal. $40–$45. 8 p.m. Sheldon Concert Hall.
May 10, 11, 12: Art Fair at Laumeier Sculpture Park
At the Art Fair at Laumeier Sculpture Park, more than 150 national artists sell jewelry, photographs, sculpture, and more—though the sculptures for sale won’t be nearly as big as the ones in the park’s open-air collection. $10, $5 children. 6–10 p.m. Fri, 10 a.m.–8 p.m. Sat, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Sun. Laumeier Sculpture Park.
May 11: The Royal Comedy Tour
This is the longest-running and most successful urban comedy tour in America. This year, it returns to St. Louis with stand-up comedians Sommore (pictured), D.L. Hughley, Bruce Bruce, Arnez J, and Tony Rock. $44.50–$75. 8 p.m. Chaifetz Arena.
May 11: Jillian Michaels: Maximize Your Life
Wellness guru Jillian Michaels talks about how you can get the most out of every day. $42 to $149. Time: 8 p.m. Fox Theatre.
May 12: Cardinals vs. Rockies
Is mom a Cardinals fan? Take her to Busch Stadium as the Cards take on the Rockies to close out Ladies Weekend, and receive a free Ladies Floppy Sun Hat if you’re one of the first 25,000 fans into the stadium. $20.80–$250.80. 1:15 p.m. Busch Stadium.
