The Downtown St. Louis Community Improvement District’s mission is to improve the quality of life in the city center. And what better way to do that then by instating a downtown-wide happy hour!
Every Wednesday starting in June, downtown dwellers and visitors can enjoy $2 beer, $3 wine, $4 specialty drinks and half-priced appetizers.
Washington Avenue is the happy-hour heavyweight, boasting 10 participating restaurants and bars including Copia Wine Bar, The Dubliner, Flannery’s, Mosaic, The Jive and Wail (dueling piano bar), Rosalita’s Cantina, and Lucas Park Grille.
The oft-neglected Union Station will be playing along too with Landry’s Seafood, Hard Rock, and The Marriott getting in on the fun.
One of the highlights will be Lola’s, the über-hip house of the creative cocktail. Fun and fashionable bees flock to this happy-hour honeycomb so be prepared for it to get busy.
Wednesday Night Out promises to be a great way to get your drink on and people watch for just a few bucks.
The specialty drinks and appetizers will change, so contact the individual restaurants if you want specific details.
