Founded in 2008, it was the only coffee-house in town with a full-time chef—and the occasional guest chef transitioning between gigs. They crank out dishes that play several levels above the cup of Joe–and–go usual. In other words, you can find good eats at an attractive price here pretty much any time of the day.
