Nestled in the shadow of the monument that inspired its name, StilL 630 does its muse proud. (StilL is a shoutout to STL; the Arch measures 630 feet wide and 630 feet tall.) Owner David Weglarz gave as much careful consideration to the name on his bottles as he does to the award-winning double-distilled bourbons, whiskeys, and rums that fill them.
