Drs. John B. Holds, Sara N. Reggie-Giardina, and Adam G. Buchanan have more than 55 years of combined experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids, tear ducts, and orbits. Dr. Holds has been in practice for more than 30 years and is frequently invited to lecture at national and international meetings, as well as being an author in cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Reggie-Giardina joined the practice in 2020 after completing a neuro-ophthalmology fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a two-year fellowship in oculofacial plastic surgery at the University of Tennessee.
Dr. Buchanan joined the practice after retiring from the Army, where he taught ophthalmic plastic surgery in the residency program at Madigan Army Medical Center. The practice provides neuro-ophthalmology consultations, and functional and cosmetic services including the application of Botox Cosmetic and dermal fillers. Dr. Buchanan and Dr. Reggie-Giardina offer appointments at the St. Peters, Des Peres, and Arnold locations.
