The Face of Veteran-Owned Small Business: VetBiz

VetBiz was the first organization in St. Louis to offer entrepreneurship and small business consulting services specifically and exclusively to veterans. Since opening its doors in 2004, VetBiz has established a reputation for understanding how to work with veterans and military families as they start and grow businesses. VetBiz provides one-on-one counseling, business development training, and mentorship, all free of charge. VetBiz celebrates each client’s growth while helping them navigate their challenges. To encourage more growth in the Midwest veteran community, VetBiz launched Activate in March 2022. Activate is a six-week entrepreneurship training program designed to help veteran and military spouses transform their ideation-stage business into sustainable investments.
