The imaginative menu includes several Benedicts, hashes, breakfast tacos, and even sopes. There’s a full bar, too, if more than fresh orange and grapefruit juice is required.
Dish: The sweet cornbread shines in two offerings: Corn Bread Benedict and Topped Sweet Cornbread, a biscuits and gravy–like dish.
Drink: Mimosas (mixed with juice from freshly squeezed oranges) and the Bloody Maria (made with pepper-infused vodka and a just-spicy-enough mix).
Tip: Avoid long weekend waits by showing up right when Egg opens, at 9 a.m., or by going fashionably late, after 1 p.m.
