Bishop’s Post takes its name from Colonel Justus Post, original owner of the land on which the restaurant sits in Chesterfield. Likewise, its menu features classic American dishes: a bounty of chicken, beef, and seafood, including St. Louis–style spare ribs, Maryland crab cakes, smoked Missouri trout, and a spicy andouille-and-seafood gumbo.
