Beast Butcher & Block

The legendary Illinois barbecue joint is adding a Missouri locale in early 2019. It will boast a 100-seat dining room, splendid patio, and its own butchery. Expect the same fare as the original (including those pork steaks) with some tweaks on the menu that redefine barbecue.
