A descendant of the legendary Pappy’s Smokehouse, Adam’s features a house-made smoked salami sandwich (a nod to the place’s proximity to The Hill) and ribs rubbed with undisclosed ingredients and slathered in a sweet apple butter. A single salad is found on the menu, but it’s topped with your choice of meat (of course).
