Located on the lower level of downtown’s newest hotel, the Locust Street Athletic and Swim Club is a 10,500-square-foot wellness center that features a gym, spa, and swim club. Inside the gym, members can sign up for 30- or 60-minute workouts led by private trainers or work out in 45-minute, small-group fitness classes. The LSAC offers access to two spa rooms, and members can also enjoy massages, aromatherapy,  foot scrubs, and other skin treatments. Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis

At this luxury hotel located mere steps from the Gateway Arch, spa guests can choose from nearly a dozen massage styles, as well as body treatments that serve to nourish, hydrate, and refresh your skin. The Spa at Four Seasons St. Louis also has facial services, including an 80-minute oxygen facial. Manicures and pedicures are also offered in 40-, 50-, and 80-minute blocks. An annual membership to The Ritz-Carlton’s health club provides 24-hour access to the hotel’s fitness center, which features world-class equipment like Peloton bikes, and a steam room.
