Curling
If you’re interested in learning more about curling, there aren’t a lot of places that offer lessons, but the St Louis Curling Club is hosting a meet and greet this Friday where you can check out the equipment up close, watch Olympic curling, and discuss the game. The event will be at 5 p.m. at Buffalo Wild Wings in O’Fallon, Ill. For more information, visit stlcurling.blogspot.com.
Hockey
There are numerous youth hockey leagues throughout the St. Louis area, but if you’re an adult wanting to learn how to play hockey (or play on teams), check out the adult hockey leagues at Ice Zone, Hardee’s Iceplex, and Brentwood Ice Arena.
