The 3rd Annual Celtic Festival Fundraiser is back and it’s bigger than ever!
The 3rd Annual Celtic Festival Fundraiser is back and it’s bigger than ever! Hosted by VFW Post 2661 in Washington, MO; you’ll find fun for the whole family!
Dance a jig along with the Celtic bands and Irish dancers. The sound of bagpipes will fill the day as an Irish Piper wanders the grounds!
Visit our Whisky, Wine, & Beer Tasting Tent and get a bite to eat. The “Celtic Nachos” are a must-have!
Of course, no Celtic festival is complete without Highland Games! We invite you to participate – learn from expert athletes from Ancient Athletics as you try your hand at the caber toss or stone throw! Even the kiddos can play in the small-scale version of the games!
The entertainment line-up is amazing and includes 3 Pints Gone, Shilleligans, The Shamrock Irish Dancers, The Divines, Plaid to the Bone, and The St. Louis Legion of Honor! We’ve also got sheepdog herding, a petting area for the kids, a bouncy castle, amazing food and drink, and opportunities to win money and prizes!
So put on a kilt or your favorite Celtic-themed outfit and join us in raising money for our Veterans while we celebrate Scottish and Irish culture on September 9th from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
