On Saturday, September 16th, from 1 – 3 p.m., you will learn with our Indian Chef Badur Mohamed how to make delicious and nutritious meals from scratch.
At the end of the two hours class, students will gather together to eat the meals they have prepared with the chef.
In this class, Chef Badur will show you how to prepare two different Indian meals:
INDIAN BIRYANI: Is a bold and flavorful Indian dish with crazy tender bites of chicken and Indian spices.
CABBAGE THORAN SALAD: Made with finely shredded cabbage, onion, curry leaves, turmeric, coconut, salt, and olive oil.
