On Thursday, October 5 at 7:30 p.m., the comedy showcase This Is Casually Happening will be returning to The Golden Hoosier. Headlining the show will be Chicago based comedian Jamie Shriner Biddle. She was named Best of the Fest at Big Pine Comedy Festival and is a regular feature at Zanies and Laugh Factory Chicago. Biddle is also the host and producer of Chicago Underground Comedy has opened for the likes of Beth Stelling, Randy Feltface, and Chrissy Chlapecka, and is a former Features Contributor for The Onion.

Featuring comedians will be St. Louis regulars Phillip Cornell and Matt Wayman. Cornell recently wrote a film, ‘My Cousin Phil,’ with BlackPack Productions. It was filmed in St. Louis, and later had a sold out premiere. Wayman has been seen performing in the Flyover Comedy Festival, in addition to venues throughout the St. Louis Independent comedy circuit.

Comedian and producer of the show, Mollie Amburgey, will be hosting the evening. Amburgey is the host of the podcast Casually Mollie, which includes interviews with comedians and entertainers both locally and around the country. She also performs regularly in the St. Louis area and has been interviewed on the Big 550 KTRS and St. Louis On The Air with St. Louis Public Radio.
