‘OFF THE BLOCK’ PRINT EXHIBITION AT FOUNDRY ART CENTRE

May 5 – June 24, 2023

The Foundry Art Centre is excited to announce the opening of Off the Block, a curated and juried exhibition featuring prints of all types by printmakers from across the country. Participating juried artists are Rachel Bray, Martha Briana, Paul Breuer, Brittaney Davis, Amanda Durig, Ahmed Eldarrat, Michael Halbert, Danny Houk, Talley Kitzman, Kristen McMillion, Noemi Oyarzabal, and Thomas Strauss.

Off the Block will be on view May 5 – June 24, 2023, with an opening reception on Friday, May 5th, 5-8pm. This exhibition will kick off the Foundry’s summer programming of all things printmaking, culminating in the 3rd Annual Block Party held on June 24th – the Foundry’s community event featuring steamroller printing.

SHINE St. Charles will have a student exhibition opening in the Baue Children’s Gallery the same evening.

Live music by Mayla Stith, free print-themed art activities for all ages, the Foundry bar, and more will be included along with the reception.
