2022 Biz Dash presented by World Wide Technology

The 2022 Biz Dash presented by World Wide Technology will be Thursday, September 22 at Centene Stadium! The St. Louis Sports Commission is partnering with St. Louis CITY SC to host the annual event on the stadium's east plaza from 5 to 9 p.m. The 5K is tentatively scheduled for 7 p.m.

Known as St. Louis’ Healthiest Happy Hour, the event is the perfect opportunity for St. Louis area businesses to bring employees together to promote a healthy, active lifestyle, while having a fun night with friends and colleagues. The Spire Team Village provides a festival atmosphere with music, food, drinks, tailgate games, and more! It will also be one of the first chances for fans to see the new MLS stadium up close!

The registration fee is $45 per participant through August 21. It increases to $50 from August 22 through Sept. 14 when registration will close (at noon).

All participants receive a St. Louis CITY SC-themed Biz Dash t-shirt, soccer scarf, koozie, one complimentary post-race beverage, race bib, and timing strip.

Individuals can also participate without a company team through the St. Louis Sports Foundation team (open to the general public).
