Treat yourself, and especially your taste buds, to a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Join St. Louis Magazine and Stella Artois for Table Talk on Monday August 11 from 6-9 pm at The Libertine in Clayton. The event features a four course meal created by Chef Josh Galliano that will accompany selected beer pairings.
The evening will start off with an appetizer course of Marlin Escabeche with avocado, grapes, and raisin-sherry sauce, paired with Sofie beer. There will be three courses to follow, including a dessert course of peach and white chocolate pots de crème. You can see the full menu HERE. Not only will the evening be delicious but you can hear about what goes into each of Chef Josh Galliano’s dishes as well as learn about how the selected beers pair well with each course. This is a can’t-miss event for anyone who loves food, drinks, and company.
