The second annual Rep Ties Gala lured more than double last year's crowd with a compelling production of Ain't Misbehavin', which drew rave reviews from the giddy crowd, decked out in a variety of ties, ascots and scarves in honor of the event—but the chance to recognize Toni Bailey, retired Boeing executive, and Ken Page, a local actor most recently spotted in the film Dreamgirls, was just as satisfying. "The Rep Ties has really become a must-do event as related to St. Louis theater right now. I think I'm going to have to make a special trip to New York to get the right kind of tie for next year, to make sure I'm keeping up!" said Alonzo Byrd.
