Keystone of St. Louis throws cocktail parties at the coolest places—this time, the renovated Lucas School House, and the Soulard Blues Band heralded its future as a music hall. The strings in the network tightened as young professionals relaxed, not so much “working” but “playing” the room. The other beneficiaries? Kids Under Twenty-One (KUTO). If they get the help they need, they’ll be attending these events themselves someday.
