Spend an evening stargazing indoors as some of St. Louis’ brightest stars show off their best dance moves. This year’s Dancing With the St. Louis Stars dance competition presented by Wells Fargo Advisors and Stifel Nicolaus will be held on Saturday, January 28 at 6:30 p.m. at The Four Seasons in St. Louis and benefits the Independence Center. The Independence Center helps adults with mental illness in the St. Louis area by providing programs that help them to become educated, and work and live independently.
The impressive lineup of local celebrities include Pat Whitaker, CEO of Arcturis; Kent Christian, Wells Fargo Advisors; Melanie Moon, KPLR Channel 11 anchor; Ann Marr, vice president of human resources at World Wide Technologies; Ron Kruszewski, CEO of Stifel Nicolaus; and Steve Name, Independence Center member. The equally talented and vibrant professional dancers include Spiro Marko, Angi Heien, Steve Brockman, Lucy Fitzgerald, Michael Fitzgerald, and Angela Brooks. Judging the dance competition are accomplished and talented members of the community, Arnold Donald, Monica Adams, Leslie Tunney, and Reggie Van Derson. It will be an evening to remember as guests can enjoy a cocktail hour, dinner, dance competition, awards ceremony with the winners announced, and a band performance after the competition for guests to flaunt their own dancing moves.
