Nothing is more fitting at the beginning of a blossoming season than a new perspective on the outdoors, and those who attended the St. Louis At Home Launch Party hosted by Dielmann Sotheby's got a first-hand glimpse at not only the new Outdoor Living issue of St. Louis At Home, but a brand-new 17th floor penthouse at Maryland Walk in Clayton. This stunning, 4,400 square-foot 3BR/3.5BA penthouse is listed for $2.75 million dollars by Stephanie Oliver, Steven Lange and Sarah Tadlock of Dielmann Sotheby's and the guests of St. Louis At Home were the first to cast a discerning eye.
The incredible views of Clayton and Brentwood could be seen through every window, but spectacular views weren't the only things that caught the eyes of the partygoers. While thumbing through the newest issue of St. Louis At Home, the elegant hallways and extravagant rooms were being toured by all in attendance. Guests enjoyed hors d'oeuvres from The Atomic Cowboy, Corona and wine before they visited the garden rooftop terrace designed by Matt Moynihan. On the rooftop terrace, guests enjoyed summer-themed Corona-infused cupcakes (complete with a lime on top!) created by The Cup, and macaroons and ice cream sandwiches from Colleen's Cookies.
