Last night guests joined celebrated chef Josh Roland of Salt Restaurant for a memorable evening as part of the St. Louis Symphony’s Parties of Note. Roland, who merged with the Central West End’s Salt late last year, treated guests to a cooking demonstration that included a four-course tasting with wine pairings.
