On Saturday, February 9, guests were dazzled and inspired at the 10th Annual Wall Ball, hosted by Saint Louis City Open Studio and Gallery (SCOSaG). This live art experience began at 7:00 pm at the Third Degree Glass Factory, and was nothing short of fantastic.
As art patrons, enthusiasts, and admirers mingled and sipped on beer and wine, 30 of Saint Louis' most recognized and celebrated artists were developing incredible pieces of work. Artists such as Amy VanDonsel, Genevieve Esson, and Michael Bolton created their art specifically for the silent auction held throughout the evening.
The exciting atmosphere and live music provided by DJ's Wolfpeach Society kept the guests moving and grooving all night long. Callier's Catering brought along delicious appetizers, and there was even a sweet-treat raffle provided by Whisk: A Sustainable Bakeshop.
All proceeds from the art sales, ticket sales, and raffle sales benefited SCOSaG in support of its mission to provide a safe and educational environment for children to explore the Arts and strengthen ties within the St. Louis community.
From St. Charles to Belleville, Festus and Webster Groves (even buyers from Kansas City), all those who attended had a fantastic night. To see how much fun the Wall Ball was, check out St. Louis Magazine's party pics.
