Let's talk turkey—and sides and desserts. With global avian flu resulting in a turkey shortage this year, consumers have been advised to acquire or preorder Thanksgiving turkeys as early as possible to avoid a last-minute scramble or doing without. Compounded with rising costs and staffing shortages, a number of local suppliers are not able to offer precooked, whole turkeys this year. Not to fear, though: We've compiled a list of options for dine-in or carryout.
While finalizing plans, please call ahead for the latest, and we recommend making reservations when dining in.
Know about additional options? Email gmahe@stlmag.com with the details. Happy Thanksgiving!
