Editor's Note: Don't be confused: the Fox & Hounds that closed this month was the Bar + Grille in Chesterfield (part of a chain), not the venerable Fox & Hounds Tavern at The Cheshire, which will likely outlive us all. Speaking of venerable, "Trops" finally opened in the Grove, Revel Kitchen opened its second location, as did Copia (taking over the Morton's space in Clayton), and the Hill  scored its first steakhouse, appropriately named Carnivore.
