In response to the spread of the novel coronavirus, restaurants are exploring every conceivable option to remain viable. Some have decided to remain fully open; others have reduced their hours of operation. Many have changed their service models to include to-go orders as well as curbside pick-up.
And still others have made the painful decision to fully protect employees and customers by closing temporarily for at least the next few weeks. Some, like HopCat, will unfortunately remain closed. (That list can be found in this article.)
