Serves 4
- 2 pounds white table grapes
- 1 English cucumber, peeled
- 2 pounds plain yogurt
- 1 bunch green onions
- 4 ounces Marcona almonds
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar (unseasoned)
- 2 sprigs of fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients except yogurt, reserving some cucumber for garnish. Pass through a fine mesh straner, then add to yogurt. Garnish with cucumber slices and dill sprig.
