- 48 medium-sized mushroom caps
- ½ package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Mix ingredients together and stuff each mushroom with 1 teaspoon filling. Place on sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20–25 minutes.
