Makes 12 cups
- 8 cups seeded, chopped watermelon
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup superfine sugar
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 thinly sliced lime
Blend all ingredients (except for sliced lime) in a blender until smooth. Pour through a fine mesh strainer or colander to capture any seeds. Serve over ice.
