At Enterprise Center, traditional pork potstickers from Crispy Edge
If you’re heading to the Enterprise Center this weekend for the NHL All-Star Game or other All-Star Weekend events, then you’ll want to plan in advance where you’re going to eat. There are more dining options than ever at the home of the Blues, from traditional game-day favorites such as hot dogs and burgers to sit-down dining. Here’s a quick overview of where you can fill your belly before the puck drops.
Local restaurants are increasingly well-represented on the Enterprise Center’s dining roster. Crispy Edge is just the latest homegrown addition to the arena’s food-and-drink offerings. The Tower Grove South restaurant’s potstickers are now available at Level 3, Portal 45.
Owner David Dresner says the early response has been favorable. “Things are going really well," he says. "We’re serving hundreds of people every single game, and it’s fun to be part of that enthusiasm. And what’s cool about the Blues is it’s bringing a whole new customer base to us. They’re really trying to work with new, pioneering local companies in creating a dynamic food offering that serves a variety of palates.”
Crispy Edge’s Enterprise Center menu currently offers three flavors of filled potstickers: traditional pork, cheeseburger, and the vegan lemongrass chicken, featuring plant-based meat from Missouri-based Hungry Planet. Each order includes five potstickers.
Crispy Edge is just the tip of the iceberg, though, in terms of local restaurant representation. Some of the other familiar names include barbecue from Sugarfire Smokehouse, burgers and sandwiches from Hi-Pointe Drive-In, roast beef sandwiches from Lion’s Choice, pastrami and reuben sandwiches at Kohn’s Kosher, and fried chicken at Byrd & Barrel.

In addition to the local restaurants, the Enterprise Center offers a wide range of food-and-drink concessions and food carts operated in partnership with catering services provider Levy Restaurants. Their STL Kitchen is putting on a special "3 Stars Menu" just for All-Star Weekend, available on January 24-25. The menu features items inspired by NHL cities around the United States. Head to Portal 15 for the most striking item on the menu – the enormous, "Big As Your Head" toasted ravioli filled with beef, ricotta and mozzarella. Also representing St. Louis is Mama's Meatball Sub, available near Portal 52.

STL Kitchen is also encouraging All-Star weekend attendees to get into the Mardi Gras spirit early with an STL Hurricane (including light and dark rum, fresh orange juice, passion fruit puree, lime juice, simple syrup and orange peel) and Carnival Cocktail (vodka, blue curacao, midori, peach schnapps, fresh lime and orange arch twist). Both cocktails are available near Portals 12 and 59.
Meanwhile, a new grab-and-go market near Portal 15 on the Enterprise Center's main concourse has just opened, offering 45 domestic and premium craft beers, ciders, and seltzers.
“It’s an exciting time for our team in St. Louis and beyond," said Daniel Driol, Executive Chef for Levy at Enterprise Center. "We’re fortunate to work with a great team here, and draw on our colleagues serving other arenas around the league. It’s going to be an incredible celebration.”
If you have your heart set on a particular dining option, be sure to remember where it's located in the arena. Most of the aforementioned places only have one outlet in the arena, and the booth, cart, or kiosk place may be a long walk from your seat and/or not on the same level.
