Voting is an honor. It's a duty. It's a way to make your voice heard. Save for a plate of cookies at your local polling place, it is rarely delicious. You can fix that.
Restaurateur Gerard Craft just joined the growing list of St. Louis businesses encouraging Missouri residents to vote...with an incentive. On his Twitter, the St. Louis chef said that an "I Voted" sticker would guarantee his customers 10 percent off an order at any of his local restaurants, including Sardella, Pastaria, Brasserie, Taste, and his most recent endeavor, Cinder House.
Here are five more local spots offering Election Day deals. Just don't forget to bring your "I Voted" sticker.
1. Shake Shack
2. West End Grill & Pub
3. Left Bank Books
4. Potbelly
5. Cha Cha Chow
Show your "I Voted" sticker at the taco-and-burger shop, and get 15 percent off your order.
