Yes, I know, it's another Bar and Grill, but this one at least has a slightly different theme and promises "better than average bar food."
Of note is that the 10,000+ SF Tee's Golf Grill (103 Chesterfield Valley Dr.) is equipped with PGA-certified indoor golf simulators that measure swing, ball flight, and distance....apparently owners Ben Rassieur and Phil Harris are planning on my hook being their hook.
Tee's Golf Grill officially hit the links last Friday night with a Grand Opening scheduled for this Friday, February 25. The website is still in development, the facebook page is here, the phone # is 636-489-2848, and the hours so far are 11 am-1am daily.
So what menu items have drawn applause (polite, of course) over the weekend? The homemade flatbreads, especiallly the chorizo and pepperoncini; the salmon and lamb burgers, the latter topped with a crown of Greek salad and tzatziki; and the t-ravs (I guess Tee's T-ravs is a no-brainer), handmade with braised beef and served with marinara.
(And If you perchance see me in a simulator at Tee's, stand clear and guard your beer--I have been known to hit a golf ball backwards...with a hook, of course.)
